Florian de Deugd - Coordinator of the farm - Florian is a biologist graduate and has been working for Rotterzwam since the end of 2022. He will tell you the story of Rotterzwam with a biological tone.

Mark is a trained biotechnologist and has had the necessary experience in growing mushrooms on different types of substrate since the start of rotterzwam in 2013. Mark is an entrepreneur since 2011.
